I take most of my commissions on VGen, however if you prefer to do commissions offsite, that works for me as well!
Please be sure to read my TOS, by commissioning me you agree to its entirety.Every client gets a loyalty stamp card that will unlock freebies and discounts!

GENERAL
I am allowed to deny requests. Maximum hours per week are 25-30 as I have a second job. Please allow me a window of at least 24h to respond to your messages, I will of course try to get back to you sooner.PAYMENTS
Payments under 50€ must be upfront. Payments above 50€ can be split into half upfront, half upon completion.
For payments over 250€ we can discuss a custom payment plan.REVISIONS
You are allowed to make revisions during sketching/composition phase and flat colour phase. Minor changes in lighting can be done after rendering. Artist mistakes will be fixed regardless of progress of the commission.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Standard deadline is 30 days from confirmed payment, unless requested sooner. Exact turn around time depends on scope and complexity of the commission and will be communicated if communication has been established. This does not apply to custom inquiries.Rush fees
A rush fee can be added on to the commission price if the client wishes guaranteed delivery before the usual one month window and becomes due at a requested delivery date of two weeks or less from confirmed payment. The amount of the fee depends on the scope of the commission as well as the delivery time requested.
Rush fees start at 30% of the commission price and go to a maximum of 70% of the commission price. Discounts are calculated before rush fees.USE
Please credit me in a clear and easily accessible manner if you are using or sharing my work! Use either a given social media handle or link my VGen!Personal use
You may use my commission for your social media profiles or share it to your feed as long as neither are monetized. You may not edit or resell my work.Commercial use
You may use my commission on social media profiles, in advertisement, permanent stream overlays, as video assets or channel art. Generally speaking, content that you can and plan to monetize. You may not edit or resell my work.
You may NEVER use my work for AI training or as NFTs. This is non negotiable.
Regarding reuploads to Social Media
You may upload my work with credit according to the aforementioned usage rules. You are allowed to privately share my work with friends or in closed communities, though I ask that you credit me if possible!
Please do not upload my work to Facebook as I don't have an account there and disagree with their TOS regarding user data.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I hold all rights to my original illustration and concept.ADOPTS
Ownership
You obtain full ownership of the character/design and associated art or merchandise after completing the full payment. This ownership will be revoked and the money paid will be refunded (minus processing fees) if I find your use of the character reflects negatively onto me as the artist and designer or if your behaviour violates any of the redesigning, reselling or crediting rules.Redesigns
If you plan to make major changes to the design, I ask that you come to me to adjust the design, or get permission from me to let another artist alter my work.Reselling
If you want to resell the design, I ask that you get my permission beforehand and let me screen the potential new owner of my work. Furthermore, I ask that you respect if I decline the request to resell to a certain individual.
You may not upcharge my work when reselling.Crediting
Please credit me in an easily accessible/visible manner; for example in a carrd or the character's profile.REFUNDS
If the commission has already been worked on, only the outstanding work can be refunded. Applying fees are to be covered by the person that cancelled the commission.COMMUNICATION
Communication can be via VGen or Discord.BLACKLISTING
I hold the right to blacklist any individual should I feel unsafe or uncomfortable doing business with them in the future. Blacklisted individuals are prohibited from making requests through alternative accounts or third party accounts but continue to hold a personal use license for the artwork they purchased.

I use ClipStudio Pro and a Huion H1060P + a custom built PC with 32GB RAM that can comfortably run it. I am looking to upgrade to a display tablet instead of a tracking pad as soon as my budget allows.

I adore the soulslike genre, specifically Bloodborne and Lies of P. The Belle Époque/Victorian era is one of my favourite historical periods, and I love the incorporation of body horror in both of those titles. I also enjoy psychological horror a lot, like the Silent Hill franchise or the The Evil Within titles.── .✦ Goals
